Where can I find information about a product?
Information will be on the individual product page. This will include directions, warnings, prices and full ingredients.
Where are the products made?
Our homemade products are created in Columbus, Ohio (USA), but our bowls are handcrafted by another small company in Turkey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan-friendly?
Yes!
How long can you use the product after opening?
They have a 6-month shelf life.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
You will have until 5pm to cancel or modify any orders, after that items are packed and pickup scheduled for the next day to ensure a speedy delivery.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If items arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the products that were damaged and the box/bubble mailer it was mailed in. This is helpful for both parties when replacing and insurance purposes.
How can I contact your customer service team if I have additional questions or concerns?

Body Products
What are the benefits of using sugar scrubs?
A sugar scrubs' purpose is to exfoliate; keeping pores clean, removing dry, dead skin and softening rough patches.
Can I use body butter every day?
If you have normal or oily skin you may only need to use our body butter every 2-3 days. Meanwhile, if you have dry skin, it's best to use body butter daily. Since all body types are different, you may need to adjust how frequently you use it; daily, weekly, or just to treat problematic dry patches.
Can I use your products on sensitive skin?
Yes, but to be safe, please test on a small patch of skin to ensure you will not have a reaction to any of our ingredients before you use it on the whole body.
Wax Melts/Freshies
What are wax melts, and how do I use them?
Wax melts are scented wax pieces/bars that come in different sizes, shapes and colors. They are placed on a wax warmer to be melted and release fragrance. Please follow the electric or tea light warmers instructions before using wax melts.
What is an electric or tea light warmer?
Like the wax melts, warmers come in a variety of shapes and styles. Find a warmer that is designed for wax melts and read the instructions and safety information before using.
How long does wax melts last?
The length of time varies based on the size of the wax pieces, the warmer and the size of the room. The hotter the warmer is the less time the fragrance will last due to the higher temperature burning off the fragrance.
How do I change the old wax?
Make sure the warmer has cooled first! You can scrape the wax out with a spoon, discard if you're using a liner and pop it out if using a silicone dish.
How long do freshies typically last?
Freshies are like wax melts with their varying times, the hotter your car is the shorter amount of time it will last due to the heat. Averages can range from 4 days to a week, but lasting longer in colder temperatures.
Bath Bomb
What is a bath bomb?
Bath bombs are spheres or unique shapes that fizzle or foam when tossed into hot or warm bath water.
Will your bath bombs stain my tub?
No. However, build-up from soap, hard water, etc can create a layer on your tub that colorants will cling to and appear stained. A cleaned tub will lessen the chance of our bath products leaving a color ring. You can take a sponge with a cleaning solution to wipe away any residue.
Are bath bombs safe for kids?
Please consult a Pediatrician before purchasing if there are any concerns. Generally, our bath bombs are safe to use for children ages 3 and over.
