USES

Fill bathtub halfway with warm water before adding the bath salts. Add 1-2 spoonful's of bath salts to the running water and swirl the water around to ensure that they have dissolved. Soak in the bath and enjoy the benefits of the salt and the scents surrounding you. You can also you it for a foot soak: add 1/2 cup in a basin with warm water and soak for 20 mins.
